Contact hello@delamedia.co.uk about privacy or storage on this website. The banner offers Accept all, Reject optional and Settings. Accepting and rejecting optional storage are equally available. Scrolling, continuing to browse or closing Settings is not consent. You can reopen Cookie settings in the footer and change your choice at any time. Refusing optional analytics does not prevent you from viewing the site, sending an enquiry or subscribing to the newsletter.
Essential preference storage
Name: dela_consent Type: first-party localStorage in your browser; this is not a cookie. Provider: DELA Media. Purpose: remember the categories you chose, decision and expiry times, a notice version and a random receipt identifier. It is not an advertising identifier. Duration: six calendar months from an explicit choice. Visiting the site does not extend the expiry. If the record expires, is incompatible or is removed, we ask again and keep optional analytics off. Essential storage is always on because it is needed to remember and respect your privacy choice. If your browser blocks storage, we may be unable to remember a decision; the site remains usable and optional analytics stays off.
Consent decision record
We keep a separate server record when you make or change a choice. It contains the random receipt identifier, your choice, the time and expiry, and the relevant notice versions. It does not contain a name, email address, full IP address or browser fingerprint. This record is pseudonymous, not proof of identity. The retention period is 365 days, approximately twelve months, with daily removal of expired decision records. This server record is separate from browser storage. Clearing browser data does not automatically erase an existing server record; contact hello@delamedia.co.uk if you need help with a request.
Analytics and advertising
Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager are not currently connected or enabled. This release does not load their tags or set Google analytics cookies such as _ga. Advertising and remarketing tags are not enabled. Your analytics preference can still be recorded. If an analytics service is introduced later, we will first publish its actual storage names, purposes, providers and lifetimes, and obtain a new choice where required. Refusing or withdrawing permission keeps optional collection off.
Hosting, films and newsletter forms
Cloudflare delivers and protects the website. Depending on the security features required for a request, Cloudflare may use necessary security technologies. No public visitor cookie was observed in our website audit on 2 November 2026; this does not mean that a security cookie can never be used. Administrative sign-in sessions are separate from public visitor analytics. The films on our case pages are served from this website rather than an embedded third-party video player. The Mailchimp signup service is contacted when you submit the newsletter form. Mailchimp's own pages are subject to its privacy information: https://mailchimp.com/legal/privacy/ . Confirming a subscription is separate from accepting website cookies.
Managing or deleting storage
